Second Monday of every month: Architect Control Committee Meeting
The ACC meets on the second Monday of the month. Once the ACC passes the plans on to the Board, the Board will make final approval and will submit the approved
plans to the Village of Hartland the third week of the month.

If you have a set of home, landscape or renovation plans that will require review, please make certain you contact the committee so they can place it on an upcoming agenda. You can call or e-mail Marc Holland mholland@inprocorp.com, 414.803.3215 or 262.367.4651 to alert the committee of an upcoming plan. Plans and samples can be dropped of at Marc’s home at 1225 Mary Hill Circle. Home plans should have three (3) building plans, three (3) certified topographical surveys, all samples of siding; trim, sofit, fascia, shutter and garage doors and roofing samples. Please note that unless all of the above is submitted, the committee is unable to approve plans. The Board strictly enforces the deed restrictions and looks for a variety of architectural appearance.
